T class sub is from the RN 4th Submarine Flotilla on the Australia Station, astern of Tribal class destroyer HMAS Warramunga is heavy cruiser HMAS Australia with a River class frigate outboard and the aft end of the island of aircraft carrier HMAS Sydney just visible astern of Australia.
