Following 25 years of service HMS Pembroke made her final port visit to Kirkwall in the Orkney Islands last week (pictured). She quietly entered Rosyth flying her paying-off pennant this week. Of the original 15 ships, only 2 Sandown class minehunters are left in the RN, HMS Penzance and HMS Bangor.
