115 years ago, shipbuilders from a Baltic shipyard launched Russia's first submarine, 'Lamprey', equipped with a diesel engine. In November 1908, a test dive took place at the quay wall , as a result of which it was decided to equip the boat with a lead keel to increase ballast. Two years later in October 1910, the submarine joined the Russian fleet.
