Turkey to block two British Royal Navy ships intended for Ukraine. This has always been the case because under the terms of the 1936 Montreux Convention, the Dardanelles can be closed by Turkey to all belligerent Black Sea states during a war - so neither Russia or Ukraine can send warships through right now. Overall this state of affairs is more to Ukraine's advantage than Russia's, despite the inability to deliver these MCMVs.
