HMS Dorsetshire, prior to her destruction by Japanese dive bombers 1942. She and her sister ship HMS Cornwall sank within 10 minutes of each other. Dorsetshire by 17 bombs and Corwall by 11, in about 20 minutes. Just 2 of 8 British warships lost between 5th and 9th April. The other losses were the carrier HMS Hermes, HMS Tenedos HMS Hector, HMS Atherstone, HMS Hollyhock and the Australian destroyer HMAS Vampire.
