An aerial sided view of two retired U.S. Navy Forrest Sherman-class destroyers tied up at the Baltimore Fairfield Terminal, Maryland (USA), awaiting scrapping on 25 August 1994. On the inboard side is the destroyer USS Forrest Sherman (DD-931) and outboard is USS Blandy (DD-943). On the north side of the pier is the former U.S. Army N-3 type port repair ship Madison Jordan Manchester (ex USS Hydra (AK-82)) which was also to be scrapped. Four more discarded destroyers are in the background. They also were to be scrapped.
