ELIZABETH RIVER (Dec. 7, 2022) The Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) departs Naval Station Norfolk en route to Norfolk Naval Shipyard for a Planned Incremental Availability (PIA). Truman is scheduled for Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY).
