On this day in 2015, the Type 45 Destroyer HMS Duncan sailed from HMNB Portsmouth for her maiden deployment to the Mediterranean & Gulf. After a recent refit she has recently completed Operational Sea Training (FOST) in HMNB Devonport and is ready for Operations globally.
