Royal Navy's Resolution-class SSBN lead boat HMS Resolution (S-22). 1968 to 1994. Laid down on 26 February 1964, launched on 15 September 1966 and commissioned on 2 October 1967. After the completion of the first Trident SLBM-carrying Vanguard-class submarine in 1992, HMS Resolution (S-22) was decommissioned on 22 October 1994.
