First Sea Lord says RFA Lyme Bay and RFA Argus (with Royal Marines onboard), naval escorts (HMS Duncan?) and P-8 MPAs sent to eastern Med are to deter other forces or nations from entering the fighting in Israel. "will work with the US offer some choice”.
