After the modernization the Aerligh Burkes started to look strange. Since such a large additional superstructure was added and filled with terrifying Electronic Warfare equipment, the Americans began to call these ships "Muffin tops". The dish's sauce is the ship's modernized Aerligh Burke. The image is of USS Pinkney (DDG 91).
