Romanian minehunter Sublocotenent Ion Ghiculescu (Ex-HMS Blyth) sailed from Rosyth last week following conversion work at Babcock plc. Now heading for the Black Sea and expected to arrive in Constanța where she will join the 146th Mining/Demining Division.
