French frigate FS Languedoc, Marine Nationale, has shot down two Houthi drones in the Red Sea that were launched from Yemen. Presumably using Aster 15 missiles - the first time Aster has been fired in anger. Interesting to note Languedoc entered the Persian Gulf with the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group on 26th Nov but subsequently been redeployed.
