HMS Tamar has arrived for a visit to the remote Pitcairn Islands - the sole British Overseas Territory in the Pacific Ocean. There are less than 50 inhabitants.

On this day in 1922, HMS Victory was moved into No 2 Dock in Portsmouth dockyard, to be preserved for the nation. HMS Victory is the oldest commissioned warship in the world and is located in the oldest Dry Dock still in use in the world which was commissioned by King Henry VII in 1495.
Naval vessels from various countries, docked at Portsmouth Naval Base. Taking part in the International Fleet Review which was part of the Trafalgar 200 celebrations. 2005.
