Type 23 frigates in Devonport this week. (1) HMS Westminster - still in commission but will probably be scrapped. (2) HMS Kent about to begin refit outboard of HMS Argyll - completing refit? future uncertain. (3) HMS Sutherland LIFEX refit nearing completion, will rejoin the fleet later this year.
