The reshaping of mine warfare in the Royal Navy has taken key steps forward with the testing of various autonomous equipment and new ways of using it on frontline operations. From testing crewless minehunting equipment in the Baltic to launching autonomous vessels in UK waters, it has been a busy year so far for the RN_MTXG (Mine & Threat Exploitation Group).
