Electronic warfare and weapons experts have been given their first sight of the Navy’s decoy launcher of tomorrow The £135m Ancilia system will dispense chaff, flares and active decoy rounds on all future frigates plus Type 45 destroyers, replacing the existing Seagnat launcher.
